It's heartbreaking, but these two poor children were drinking alcohol and got in a car crash (according to reliable sources.... them). Both ended up with serious boo-boos that required a full day of doctoring. Luckily Dad has a medical degree (or at least the supplies to do something; just as good, right?) and was able to fix them. Oh, the poor babies!
